 Shipping Method - India

  • We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹2000 and above.
  • A shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on all prepaid orders below ₹2000.
  • All orders are shipped in our signature Sorbet & Co. boxes.
  • All prices listed are inclusive of taxes.
Order Processing and Dispatch
  • You will receive a notification as soon as your order is confirmed.
  • We strive to dispatch your order within 24-48 working hours, with potential variations based on the shipping address. (Please note delays are expected during season and sales period).
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 business days from the date of order.

Delivery Schedule

  • Our courier partners deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
